He stressed the importance of personal safety along with the importance of actually preforming cpr on the individual. He was very thorough on demonstrating cpr as well as correcting when one preformed it wrong. I will definitely be coming back for other trainings.

5 starsWhat I have taken away from this class.Be aware… when will it happen. Not that if…it will happen.Communication is important. Express whatever I am doing and whatever I plan to do with the individual I am helping. With patients and with others around.Remember to practice over various steps of the training to stay refreshed.Thank you for the great training.

Logan was very informative and was truly passionate about making us feel confident in case of an emergency. We discussed not only the big details of first aid but even small things such as keeping an open line of communication while caring for a patient. I would definitely recommend him to any person or business.

Training and the real deal is different and the same, as everyone knows. Similarly, an online course and an in-person course and similar, yet vastly different.Today I was shown that in earnest. Our instructor today not only had great energy despite a whole day of teaching, he showed us things that the online course skimped over, he taught us personal safety before saving someone else. He taught us new techniques, and even though we were wrong about a LOT of questions, he clarified and explained everything. If everybody had a teacher like this, just once in their lives, who knows what the world would be like now. To my instructor today, I wish all of the world for you, not only for the passion you have for saving people, but also the dedication, the compassion, and the patience.Thank you for today, and god bless you

This was the first time I had an instructor that was hands on in his training with everyone. He made sure we were all doing it the right way. He also taught us a few new things and how to think in different situations to always be prepared and ready. I say this was the best CPR class I have ever been apart of.

This has to be one of the best classes I have took so far involving CPR. The instructor was knowledgeable and engaging, making the learning process both informative and enjoyable. The hands-on practice sessions were particularly beneficial, allowing you to feel confident in your ability to perform CPR effectively if ever needed. Overall, it was a worthwhile investment of my time, equipping me with valuable life-saving skills.

Training Program Overview

Escape:

If it is safe, the priority in an active shooter situation should be to get out of the danger zone. 141 Protection Training stresses immediate situational analysis to assist trainees in discovering exits, moving quickly and silently, and making educated judgments. We educate people on how to guide them to safety while minimizing dangers, such as helping youngsters or coworkers. Our training emphasizes being cool under pressure and avoiding typical blunders that may impede escape. These vital abilities enable learners to respond quickly and confidently in situations.

Barricade:

If escape is not possible, barricading in a safe spot becomes important. We educate people on identifying secure areas, such as those with heavy doors and little visibility. The instruction covers ways to fortify doors and use readily accessible items to prevent intrusion. We also go over noise reduction techniques like silencing phones and being silent. Barricading is more than simply closing a door; it is about fortifying a location to gain time until aid arrives. Hands-on training assures that participants can transform any site into a safe zone in an emergency.

Defend:

When leaving or barricading is impossible, the only choice is to defend oneself. 141 Protection Training gives trainees the tools and techniques to deal with an active shooter. We concentrate on self-defense tactics designed to neutralize threats while minimizing injury. Participants learn how to employ improvised weapons, create distractions, and work together to incapacitate an assailant. We also educate shooters on exploiting flaws in their positions and reply quickly and assertively. Individuals get training to defend themselves and others in potentially life-threatening circumstances.

More About Active Shooter Training

Transforming Classroom Knowledge into Crisis Management Skills

Real-World Case Studies:

Our active shooter training includes realistic situations, allowing participants to test their abilities under the time limits of real-life attacks. These activities combine classroom information with practical application, providing a comprehensive grasp of how to successfully flee, barricade, or defend.

Experiential game simulators:

Live role-playing is an essential component of our teaching. Participants take part in situations in which actors portray both gunmen and victims. This immersive event puts participants in the center of turmoil, allowing them to practice making quick decisions under duress. Role-playing enhances the capacity to respond to gunshots, direct people to safety, and maintain composure in crucial situations. These rigorous simulations make a lasting memory that improves preparedness.

Drills for Emergency Evacuation:

Evacuation is crucial in active shooter scenarios. Our training focuses on analyzing settings, locating exits, and practicing evacuation plans. Participants learn how to guide coworkers, students, or family members via safe escape routes, utilizing covert means as needed. Repeated training increases confidence in responding quickly and calmly during an event.

Techniques for Defense and Barricading:

During active shooter situations, we focus on effective barricades and defensive methods. Participants learn how to strengthen places by strengthening doors, blocking entryways with furniture, and cooperating to improve safety. Hands-on experience with improvised defensive tools prepares participants for last-resort scenarios. Our simulations also teach concealing strategies to increase survival chances.
