He stressed the importance of personal safety along with the importance of actually preforming cpr on the individual. He was very thorough on demonstrating cpr as well as correcting when one preformed it wrong. I will definitely be coming back for other trainings.

5 starsWhat I have taken away from this class.Be aware… when will it happen. Not that if…it will happen.Communication is important. Express whatever I am doing and whatever I plan to do with the individual I am helping. With patients and with others around.Remember to practice over various steps of the training to stay refreshed.Thank you for the great training.

Logan was very informative and was truly passionate about making us feel confident in case of an emergency. We discussed not only the big details of first aid but even small things such as keeping an open line of communication while caring for a patient. I would definitely recommend him to any person or business.

Training and the real deal is different and the same, as everyone knows. Similarly, an online course and an in-person course and similar, yet vastly different.Today I was shown that in earnest. Our instructor today not only had great energy despite a whole day of teaching, he showed us things that the online course skimped over, he taught us personal safety before saving someone else. He taught us new techniques, and even though we were wrong about a LOT of questions, he clarified and explained everything. If everybody had a teacher like this, just once in their lives, who knows what the world would be like now. To my instructor today, I wish all of the world for you, not only for the passion you have for saving people, but also the dedication, the compassion, and the patience.Thank you for today, and god bless you

This was the first time I had an instructor that was hands on in his training with everyone. He made sure we were all doing it the right way. He also taught us a few new things and how to think in different situations to always be prepared and ready. I say this was the best CPR class I have ever been apart of.

The hands-on practice sessions were particularly beneficial, allowing you to feel confident in your ability to perform CPR effectively if ever needed. Overall, it was a worthwhile investment of my time, equipping me with valuable life-saving skills.

Training Program Overview

Escape:

If it is safe, fleeing comes first in an active shooter scenario. Our instruction underlines the need for situational awareness and fast decision-making. Participants pick up skills in situational awareness, finding exits, quick and quiet movement, and wise judgment to evade the threat. Training covers methods for guiding others, such as colleagues or young people, to safety and low risk. We aim to teach people to keep cool under duress, spot appropriate evacuation times, and prevent frequent errors. Our training prepares people to act boldly and efficiently when escape is feasible since, in an emergency, our first line of protection is ourselves.

Barricade:

Should escape prove elusive, barricading oneself in a safe area becomes vital. Participants in our training walkthrough were in safe spaces with robust doors and few windows. We demonstrate doable methods for silencing electronic gadgets, strengthening access points using accessible items, and remaining silent to evade notice. More than merely closing a door, barricading transforms an ordinary space into a bastion that buys time until assistance comes. By using realistic exercises, participants acquire the skills and confidence required to strengthen their surroundings and increase their chances of survival.

Defend:

Defending yourself becomes the last alternative when neither escaping nor barricading is feasible. At 141 Protection Training, we equip attendees for worst-case situations when direct interaction with the gunman might be inevitable. Using improvised weapons, group strategies, and diversion techniques, this training offers proven ways to incapacitate an assailant and reduce damage. Participants pick up skills in seeing flaws, grabbing chances, and, when called upon, acting aggressively. In life-threatening events, this instruction helps people to take charge of a dangerous situation and defend others and themselves. High-stress simulations allow one to practice defensive strategies, strengthening the confidence and muscle memory required to respond forcefully.

about us

More About Active Shooter Training

Life-like simulations for enhanced crisis response readiness

Practical Drills:

Using situational-based instruction, we reflect the uncertainty and anarchy of a real-world active shooter situation. Our drills simulate common workplaces, colleges, and hospitals to push participants to use their talents under pressure. Whether fleeing, barricading, or defending, we enable trainees to acquire the instincts required to rapidly determine the correct course of action by submerging them in actual circumstances. This approach guarantees participants are ready for real-life crises by bridging the gap between academic understanding and actual implementation.

Simulation and Role-Playing:

Our Active Shooter Training mostly consists of live simulations and role-playing. Real-time scenarios incorporating "active shooters" and other role players let participants simulate the stress and uncertainty of a real attack. These drills let people hone important abilities, including seeing the shooter's behavior, reacting to firing, and making split-second judgments. Simulating an attacker's unpredictability helps participants learn to escape, barricade, use defensive methods, and overcome the emotional and psychological obstacles that develop in such highly pressured circumstances.

Safe Escape Exercises:

Our Active Shooter Training revolves mostly around escape drills. Participants learn from us how to negotiate their environment, spot safe exits, and carry out quick crisis evacuation strategies. These drills stress being calm while guiding others—from family members to colleagues to students to safety. Our courses also address techniques for clandestine escapes, in which participants have to depart without drawing attention to themselves. Repeated drills help increase response speeds and boost confidence, guaranteeing that people are ready to respond quickly and coolly when every second matters.

Defending and Barricading:

Participants gain knowledge of environmental security in an active shooter scenario by employing practical barricading and defensive drills. We offer useful techniques for strengthening defenses, preventing access to things at hand, and reinforcing doors through team effort. Participants in defensive situations hone their use of makeshift tools and coordinated defenses against an assailant. Our realistic exercises replicate strong barricades and defense scenarios, arming participants with the information and abilities to guard themselves in the most hostile environments.

Advantages of Selecting 141 Protection Training

Situational Analysis:

One important lesson from 141 Protection Training is better situational awareness. Before a scenario gets more serious, participants learn how to evaluate their surroundings, spot possible hazards, and spot suspicious conduct. This increased awareness improves general alertness and safety during an active shooter situation. Improved situational awareness helps people react faster, keep ahead of the threat, lower crisis risks, and minimize injuries.

Confidence for Crisis Response:

Our course gives people the confidence required to manage demanding circumstances. Realistic drills and practical exercises help people develop a strong knowledge of active shooter reactions. This experience enables individuals to overcome anxiety, make wise judgments, and act fast when time runs out. Confidence in one's crisis response skills may make all the difference; our learners finish the training equipped to defend others and themselves in any circumstance.

Techniques of Life-Saving:

Our training's ultimate objective is to equip attendees with means of survival during an active shooter scenario. We include everything from last-resort defense tactics to escape paths and barricading methods. Practical activities guarantee that participants may use these abilities in real-life situations, enhancing their survival odds. Anyone should have this training, as quick and effective reactions under duress can save lives.

Cooperation in law enforcement:

Our training stresses efficient law enforcement cooperation during and after an active shooter scenario. Participants learn clear communication, police direction following, and important information on the gunman's position and behavior. This information increases general situational reaction and personal safety, helping to de-escalate the threat as soon as it presents itself.

Capacity to Safeguard Others:

Our Active Shooter Training enables people to guide colleagues, students, family members, and others to safety, thereby assuming leadership responsibilities during a crisis. In hectic events, participants learn to remain cool, arrange groups, and give concise directions. This feeling of obligation and empowerment helps to stabilize the matter and guarantees the protection of additional lives.

Resilience of Stress:

Controlling stress and preserving mental resilience is crucial in active shooter situations. Psychological preparation is part of our training to enable participants to control adrenaline, fear, and concentration under great demand. Maintaining composure and making reasonable judgments in an emergency depends on these skills. Training in realistic, demanding settings helps participants develop the mental toughness required to negotiate an active shooter scenario free from freeze or fear.
