I have taken several CPR classes over the years. I have never had one taught on the level that this one was taught. The instructor was top notch and knew his stuff! He added reason & personal experience to make the class interesting & help to remember why we do things.I highly recommend him & I'm thankful that I left with more knowledge & confidence than I came in with.

My husband and I took the class together. We talked about how much we learned and the way Logan taught the class was carefully planned and well put together. My biggest take away is to make sure to do a proper risk assessment before stepping in to assist someone else. If the scene isn't safe and I'm not safe, I can not properly help someone else. He was very passionate about what he is doing and has the desire to see people well trained and confident. Nothing negative to say. Thank you Logan!

Training and the real deal is different and the same, as everyone knows. Similarly, an online course and an in-person course and similar, yet vastly different.Today I was shown that in earnest. Our instructor today not only had great energy despite a whole day of teaching, he showed us things that the online course skimped over, he taught us personal safety before saving someone else. He taught us new techniques, and even though we were wrong about a LOT of questions, he clarified and explained everything. If everybody had a teacher like this, just once in their lives, who knows what the world would be like now. To my instructor today, I wish all of the world for you, not only for the passion you have for saving people, but also the dedication, the compassion, and the patience.Thank you for today, and god bless you

This was the first time I had an instructor that was hands on in his training with everyone. He made sure we were all doing it the right way. He also taught us a few new things and how to think in different situations to always be prepared and ready. I say this was the best CPR class I have ever been apart of.

Training Program Overview

Escape:

When confronted with an active shooter, the first and most important step is to flee the danger zone if feasible. At 141 Protection Training, we emphasize situational awareness and rapid assessment of your surroundings. Participants learn to find exits, move fast and quietly, and make informed judgments to avoid the gunman. Our training teaches learners how to guide children, coworkers, or others to safety while reducing risk. We also point out frequent pitfalls to avoid while evacuating. Training promotes serenity under pressure, allowing participants to take decisive and effective action when it counts the most.

Barricade:

If escape is not an option, barricading yourself in a secure location is critical. 141 Protection Training teaches learners how to swiftly select secure spaces with strong doors and low visibility. We advise reinforcing doors using readily accessible materials to keep the gunman at bay. We encourage participants to maintain silence and turn off their phones to avoid discovery. Barricading is more than just closing a door. It's about guarding an area that gives you valuable time until law enforcement comes. Our hands-on training assures that participants can convert regular rooms into safe zones, increasing their capacity to live under threat.

Defend:

When escape or barricading is not possible, self-defense becomes the last choice. At 141 Protection Training, trainees learn how to confront an active shooter if required. Our training covers self-defense techniques to hinder the adversary and limit harm. Participants learn to employ improvised weapons, create distractions, and collaborate to defeat the attacker. We focus on identifying an attacker's weaknesses and reacting quickly and precisely. This last-resort defense training prepares people to respond when their lives are on the line.

More About Active Shooter Training

Realistic drills that strengthen emergency reaction skills

Real-Life Drills:

At 141 Protection Training, we use realistic drills that simulate unexpected, high-stress active shooter scenarios. These situations replicate the chaos and haste of a real attack, forcing participants to use their abilities under duress. Schools, offices, or medical facilities can use these activities. Training in realistic environments improves muscle memory and fast decision-making skills, preparing participants for real-life situations.

Role-play and Simulation:

Our Active Shooter training curriculum includes both role-playing and real simulations. 141 Protection Training immerses participants in real-time simulations against "active shooters." These drills simulate the unrest of an active shooter scenario, requiring participants to make immediate, life-saving decisions. Hands-on experience helps participants learn how to respond to gunfire, analyze shooter behavior, and make split-second decisions. This immersive training method allows students to use escape, barricades, and defensive strategies while dealing with emotional and psychological obstacles in high-pressure scenarios.

Secure Escape Drills:

Safe evacuation tactics are a critical component of Active Shooter training. During 141 Protection Training, participants learn how to find the safest and quickest evacuation routes from a building or region during an attack. Drills study the surroundings, locate exits, and carry out a well-practiced evacuation strategy. Participants learn how to help others through the process, whether they are coworkers, students, or family members, guaranteeing a calm, focused approach even amid an emergency. These exercises boost confidence and preparation, lowering the chance of harm and increasing survival rates.

Defensive and Barricading Scenario:

Active shooter training at 141 Protection Training includes thorough barricading and defensive simulations that educate participants on protecting themselves in an emergency. Participants practice strengthening doors, blocking entryways with furniture, and collaborating to build safe environments. Hands-on activities with improvised defense items also teach participants how to protect themselves as a last option. In these simulations, participants learn how to conceal and increase their odds of survival. Our realistic barricading and defense simulations train people for the most severe scenarios.

Why 141 Protection Training Is the Smart Choice?

Situation Understanding:

Active Shooter training by 141 Protection Training increases situational awareness. It teaches participants how to monitor their surroundings, identify possible risks, and detect early warning signs of harmful behavior. Individuals who hone these abilities can better foresee and respond to active shooter scenarios. This situational awareness helps participants in crises and improves their safety by making them more watchful and prepared for future disasters.

Secure in Crises Response:

141 Protection Training instills confidence in crisis response with hands-on, realistic simulations. Participants acquire hands-on experience with evacuating, barricading, and defending, which helps them comprehend and overcome the anxiety and uncertainty that arise during emergencies. Confidence in your ability to react effectively in high-pressure circumstances might mean the difference. Our training empowers participants to respond quickly and appropriately when every second matters.

Lifesaving Strategies:

The primary purpose of our Active Shooter course is to educate participants on lifesaving strategies. Participants finish our training with the abilities necessary to survive an active shooter event, including swiftly discovering escape routes, protecting an area, and defending against an assailant. Individuals learn to use these key abilities in real-world situations through hands-on experiences. Mastering these skills can save lives, making our instruction invaluable in today's safety-conscious world.

Cooperation With Law Enforcement:

Working with law enforcement during and after an event is an important component of 141 Protection Training's Active Shooter training. Participants learn to follow orders, relay critical information regarding the shooter's position, and help law enforcement resolve the incident. Understanding how to deal with first responders may increase the effectiveness of emergency operations and overall outcomes. Our training helps people contribute constructively to law enforcement operations during an active shooter scenario.

Empower to Protect others:

The Active Shooter class at 141 Protection Training teaches people how to defend themselves and those around them. Participants develop leadership and cooperation abilities, allowing them to assist others to safety in difficult situations. This sense of duty instills a thorough awareness of remaining cool, giving precise directions, and leading by example in high-stress situations. Our curriculum promotes a proactive attitude to safety, enabling members to protect their communities during disasters.

Resilience under Stress:

141 Protection Training emphasizes developing mental resilience and stress management skills during an active shooter incident. Participants learn how to stay cool, concentrate their attention, and think effectively under extreme pressure. We also address the emotional effects of these occurrences, teaching participants how to deal with the psychological consequences of an active shooter situation. By practicing in realistic, high-stress environments, participants gain the emotional fortitude required to remain focused and successful in life-threatening situations.
